These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of burnswebservices.com (the "Site"), operated by Gregory Burns doing business as Burns Web Services ("we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Site

This Site is provided to share information about Burns Web Services and to let visitors get in touch by email. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, or interfere with its normal operation.

This Site is not a service contract

Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer to perform services or a binding agreement. Actual development, maintenance, or care services are contracted separately, directly with Gregory Burns, typically confirmed in writing over email before work begins. The scope, pricing, and terms of any such engagement are governed by that separate agreement, not by these Terms.

Intellectual property

The content, design, illustrations, and code of this Site are owned by Burns Web Services unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or reused without permission. This does not apply to deliverables created for clients under a separate service agreement, which are governed by the terms of that agreement.

No warranty

This Site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we make a good-faith effort to keep information on this Site accurate and current, we don't guarantee that it's free of errors or omissions at all times.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Burns Web Services is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site. This limitation does not apply to obligations under a separate, signed service agreement for client work.

Governing law
